Welcome to AthletIQ Connect. By accessing our website, enrolling in programs, purchasing products, or participating in services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms exist to protect families, student-athletes, and the integrity of the programs we deliver.
We believe clarity prevents confusion. Please read carefully.
By using AthletIQ Connect services—including digital platforms, memberships, workshops, training programs, consultations, or resources—you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
AthletIQ Connect serves:
Student-athletes (generally ages 12–18)
Parents or legal guardians
Coaches, educators, and athletic organizations
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for all participation, decisions, and payments related to minors.
AthletIQ Connect provides:
Student-athlete development systems
Mindset, habit, and structure training
Academic and college-planning guidance
Digital tools, workshops, and educational resources
We do not guarantee:
Athletic scholarships
College admissions
Recruiting outcomes
Playing time, rankings, or performance results
Success depends on execution, consistency, effort, and long-term commitment.
We provide systems. Results are earned.
Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received
Programs may be offered as monthly, multi-month, or annual commitments
Some programs are offered at discounted rates for paid-in-full commitments
All payments are due as outlined at the time of enrollment
Payment plans, if offered, must be honored in full
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access
All purchases are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Memberships
Paid-in-full programs
Workshops
Digital products
Training packages
Paid-in-full programs are offered at significant discounts in exchange for commitment. It would be an unfair business practice to enroll in a 6- or 12-month program, receive services, and request a refund after participation has begun.
There are no refunds, credits, or prorations for:
Missed sessions
Schedule conflicts
Early withdrawal
Change of mind
Non-participation after enrollment
Program terms are clearly stated prior to purchase and on our website.
AthletIQ Connect reserves the right to:
Modify program schedules
Adjust delivery formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
Update content or curriculum
Cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
If a program is canceled by AthletIQ Connect, reasonable alternatives may be offered at our discretion.
Student-athletes are expected to:
Uphold standards of effort, respect, and accountability
Follow program guidelines and expectations
Communicate appropriately with staff and peers
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from a program without refund.
Parents and guardians agree to:
Support structure without over-directing execution
Respect coaching decisions and program boundaries
Communicate professionally and constructively
AthletIQ Connect does not engage in sideline coaching, pressure-based decision-making, or parent-driven performance management.
AthletIQ Connect is not a medical provider.
We do not:
Diagnose injuries
Provide medical treatment
Offer mental health therapy
Participation assumes the athlete is physically and mentally cleared for activity. Parents are responsible for consulting licensed medical or mental-health professionals when needed.
All content, including:
Videos
Curriculum
Frameworks
Worksheets
Tools
Branding and language
is the intellectual property of AthletIQ Connect and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
By participating in AthletIQ Connect programs, you grant permission for:
Photos or videos captured during sessions
Educational or promotional use (unless opted out in writing)
We respect privacy and never share sensitive personal information.
AthletIQ Connect is not liable for:
Injuries sustained during participation
Decisions made by athletes, parents, or third parties
Outcomes related to recruiting, academics, or athletics
Participation is voluntary and assumes inherent risks associated with training and development.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
Terms are violated
Payments are not completed
Conduct compromises safety, integrity, or community standards
Termination does not entitle the participant to refunds.
Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of AthletIQ Connect services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
